• Where is the store based?

  Cardiff, United Kingdom

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! I am a UK based seller anyway so I accept orders from all over the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Depending on where you live it can take a few weeks. UK delivery can be anything from 2-5 days though!

• Can I get my prints personalised and signed?

  Of course! Drop a message with whatever you want me to sign on the print and it can be done!

• Why is the shipping cost so high for my country?

  The shipping cost covers 3 things:
  - The payment of posting the item
  - The packaging of the item (do not bend envelopes aren't free! and I want to make sure everyones prints arrive safe)
  - Finally the exchange rate. I'm a UK seller so it costs me each time I make a sale more than a US seller, hopefully you understand and still love my prints and make an order <3

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
